Our Beginning
Founded in 2010 by Floyd Bromfield,
Nufield Construction and Design started
as a small Construction and Design firm with a big vision.
We aimed to provide high-quality architectural
services to clients in the local area; St.James, Hanover, Trelawny, St.Mary, Clarendon, Manchester, St.Ann, Kingston,
Portland, St.Andrew, St.Elizabeth, Westmoreland and St.Catherine.
with a focus on innovation and creativity.
Construction
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
Pre-Construction
This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walk through to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We will do all your earth work/Foundation work to get you started with your project.

We provide septic tank , absorption pit , trench excavation etc.
Steel Work
We will have your steel work/rebar work done according to plan for parish council approval.
Roofing
We do roof framing , carpentry and repair
with the best workmanship.
Form Work
Big or small projects we handle all your form work from columns, beams , decking casting/precast.
